    Willam Moore

    CEO Portmanteau Partners

    William Moore, co-founder and president of Portmanteau Partners, LLC is a real estate entrepreneur with a history of comprehensive project delivery and winner of multiple design and development awards. A licensed architect and contractor, Moore holds degrees from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte and the University of Colorado. With projects on both coasts and Europe, Moore's body of work has concentrated on complete project execution from site acquisition through delivery, marrying forward-leaning design with superior financial performance.

     

    Portmanteau, in concert with Moore's design-build company, Sprocket, has approached problems in novel ways, leading to a colorful history of finding hidden gems and creating new urban typologies. With a twenty three-year run that includes delivery of over 200 projects, Moore brings a commitment to his fiduciary responsibility founded in detailed execution knowledge.

     

    Domestically and in Europe; Moore continues to seek paths to create lasting value, ranging from repurposing existing buildings through recognizing entire submarkets primed for growth. Locally he served for over a decade as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Colorado and as a member on the board of trustees of C.A.S.A as well as the Museo de las Americas.

    Erik Hagevik

    Partner

    Erik Hagevik is an experienced real estate development professional who has succesfuly sourced and closed multiple complex investments including land, apartments, and mixed use properties. He is a team leader ensuring the participants of each transaction work together in developing a successful project. His tenure in the development industry, spanning almost two decades, has created a strong network and platform from which to perform all aspects of multi-family residential and commercial development.

     

    Erik’s extensive acquisition and development experience includes multiple apartment, land and mixed-use buildings, and construction / redevelopment of 17,300 Apartment units with a value over $2.7 billion. His knowledge and experience in the development of multiple types of apartment designs provides increased value for each of our specific real estate development opportunities.

     

    Most recently Erik was Market Leader and Principal of Trammell Crow Company, a national real estate development company. Prior to TCC, Erik served as COO-Development of Holland Partner Group a west coast fully intergrated real estate investment company. Prior to Holland, Erik served as Vice President for Fairfield Residential, where he was responsible for the Acquisition and Development of their Colorado operations. His nearly fourteen-year tenure there, in conjunction with his high level of integrity and ethical standards, created strong and lasting relationships with many of the region’s land owners and brokers, in addition to the nation’s equity and debt professionals.

     

    Erik is a member of the Urban Land Institute and its Colorado Multifamily Council, as well as the National Multifamily Housing Council. Erik has lived in Denver for over 40 years and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Denver.
